- I first used the sweep tool to create a round, open-end shape
- Then I use the paneling tool to create the pattern, and created lines for the end.
- In order to send it to 3D printer, I need to give it thickness. I use the <pipe> command at first, and found that the parts that connected by two line segments are not continuous, and thus would cause problems when printing. I searched online and found the tool <Multipipe> which can create smooth thickness.
- After I done with the shape I 3D printed it. I set the degree of generating the support to 80° so that it won’t have support in the holes, but the surface of print is still quite rough, probably because I went by the fast speed, will try normal or fine next time! Overall the bracelet fits my wrist quite well! :)
